Full-Time, Permanent $80K + Super On-Site Parking Kewdale Area We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team in the Kewdale area. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing customer accounts while building strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and on time Manage overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices Issue statements and maintain regular communication with customers Reconcile the receivables ledger and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate customer records and financial data Assist with month-end processes and support audits/compliance Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues About You 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar Strong understanding of accounting processes and systems (ERP preferred) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
