As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the company's digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and business performance through data-driven marketing initiatives. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, including planning, budgeting, campaign execution, and brand positioning across digital channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop growth-focused marketing initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives within the fintech and financial services industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels. Drive customer acquisition and business growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies. Manage and mentor the marketing team while coordinating the work of external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and strategic partners. Drive the company's brand positioning through social media, digital branding, and integrated marketing initiatives. Establish and oversee the content strategy for the website, blog, email marketing, and other communication channels to ensure a consistent brand identity. Develop and manage influencer marketing, partnership marketing, and brand collaboration initiatives to expand brand awareness and audience engagement. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams to develop marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and business growth. Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities that improve marketing performance and strengthen brand visibility. Foster a data-driven marketing culture by leveraging analytics and market insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience leading marketing initiatives and managing projects independently. Previous experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries is highly preferred. Strong hands-on and strategic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms. Experience in performance marketing, including campaign optimization, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement. Proven experience developing and executing SEO/SEM strategies. Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of influencer marketing, partnership marketing, and brand collaboration strategies. Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating external agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners. Experience in B2B marketing or technology-focused marketing environments. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with content creation and creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Professional proficiency in English.
