ICT Manager (REW required)

Summary: We are looking for an ICT Manager for a public organization. This is a 1-year renewable contract engagement and the ideal candidate should hold a REW license (Registered Electrical Worker), with practical E&M and ICT experience , is familiar with datacenter operations (i.e. facility management). Responsibilities: Central Operations Hub: Lead day-to-day data center operations across both IT services and physical facility systems. Incident Triage & Direction: Pinpoint technical root causes and guide vendors/SMEs on required resolutions. Vendor & SLA Governance: Direct third-party vendors and outsourced teams to consistently hit SLA targets. Change Management: Act as Change Manager to evaluate and approve production updates, minimizing operational risk. Compliance & Budgeting: Oversee facility safety, optimize operations via automation, and assist with OPEX/CAPEX budgets. Requirements: Proven Experience: 8+ years leading IT operations, data center facilities, and external vendor teams. Dual-Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of facility engineering (power/HVAC) and ICT. Bridge Communicator: Ability to explain complex incidents clearly to management, SMEs, and suppliers. Language Proficiency: Professional written and spoken skills in both English and Chinese. Education & Credentials: Degree in IT/Engineering; ITIL, Registered Electrical Worker, or ATD certifications preferred.
