Regional IT Project Specialist (TH-ENG Speaking)

Responsibilities Manage IT Infrastructure Projects and ensure that all company policies and standards are followed accordingly Regularly communicate and manage stakeholders to reach project objectives Gather business requirement, prepare business case, provide project proposal with estimation. Manage and monitor overall IT infrastructure operation and Data Rooms in SEA to ensure that they operate normally Ensure IT security fully applied to all entities in SEA Implement company security rules which are related to IT infrastructure for Data Centre and Data Room Ensure high level of operation performance of Local Area Network (LAN) in SEA Perform problem solving and provide 2nd level technical support in IT infrastructure especially in network, Firewall, IP telephony, and IT security domain Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or IT related. At least 6 years of working experiences in IT Infrastructure, IT Project Management, or IT Consultant Hands-On Experience of Cisco IP Telephony, PaloAlto Firewall, IP Network, Server (Windows, VMware), NetApp, NetBackup: design implementation and troubleshooting Experience of Windows server platform and IT security standard, implementation and troubleshooting Experience of IT Project Management: Project Development, Planning, Implementation, Validation and Project Documentation Knowledge of ITIL / IT Operation Management Able to travel domestic and oversea Good English communication especially in reading and writing
