About the role Join The Cool Company Limited as an AR Accountant based in Bang Bo Samut Prakan. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Sales Accounting Entries Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents before recording transactions. Record domestic sales transactions. Receipt Accounting Entries Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for cash receipts. Record domestic receipt transactions. Safekeep withholding tax certificates deducted by customers for collection and reconciliation with the general ledger. Tax Invoice + Billing + Cheque Collection Collect sales-related documents to issue tax invoices. Gather sales and delivery documents to prepare billing notes. Prepare official receipts as evidence for cheque collection from customers according to the due date stated in the billing note. VAT Reconciliation Reconcile output VAT reported in the VAT report with the output VAT balance in the sales VAT general ledger. Monthly Collection Report Prepare monthly reports on customer payments received. Prepare outstanding receivables reports based on issued billing notes. Others Perform monthly account reconciliation for related accounts. Learn and support other tasks within the department as assigned.
