Accounting Manager (Cost Accounting / Manufacturing) About the Role Mind Edge Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established electronics manufacturing and sourcing company located in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. The company specializes in electronic components and PCBA products and operates under international quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee Accounting, Finance, Tax, Cost Accounting, Budgeting and Financial Reporting, while supporting reporting requirements to the Head Office in Japan. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall Accounting, Finance and Tax functions. Manage and review monthly and annual accounting activities. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Manage and control Cost Accounting within the manufacturing operation. Analyze production costs, expenses and financial performance. Prepare and support financial and management reports for the Head Office in Japan. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external/internal stakeholders. Ensure accounting and tax activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies. Review financial information and provide analysis to support management decision-making. Lead, coach and manage an Accounting team of approximately 5–6 employees. Support process improvement and strengthen accounting controls. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. More than 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related functions. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team management role. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Cost Accounting. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. CPA license and/or Audit experience would be an advantage. Good knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting and Financial Reporting. Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good command of English for business communication and reporting. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
