Job Description Accompany sales representatives to customer meetings, deliver product demonstrations, use case presentations, and detailed feature explanations Being the first point of contact for technical and licensing questions from Sales Develop and maintain sales tools including product catalogues, comparison sheets, and "door-knock"" materials for the sales team Support internal rollout and readiness preparation when new SaaS products are onboarded Other tasks as assigned MUST Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years in a experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or B2B product roles Demonstrable understanding of software licensing models (subscription tiers, seat-based, usage-based, etc.) Experience creating professional presentation and proposal materials (PowerPoint or equivalent) Business level in English Background in product management, market research, or product planning Experience evaluating, selecting, or onboarding SaaS services Advantage: Japanese language ability (daily conversation to basic business level) Remark: Only shortlist candidates will be contacted All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
