We're looking for a fast-moving, execution-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage our Marketplace channels across leading health and wellness brands. You'll own campaign execution, promotion planning, and day-to-day Seller Center operations — with a clear mandate to hit monthly revenue targets. What You'll Do Drive and manage daily Marketplace sales across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Seller Centre for your assigned brand cluster Plan and execute campaigns to fit each platform's mechanics Set up and optimize paid ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads) and monitor ROI and ads spending efficiency Analyze performance using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and AI tools to summarize conversion trends, traffic, and sales data Forecast product sales and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock is ready ahead of every campaign Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports by platform and by brand What We're Looking For 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace or E-commerce sales (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop) Direct experience operating Seller Centre — campaign setup, coupon/voucher management, ads, and backend analytics Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are a must Good understanding of pricing and promotion mechanics Able to read and act on key metrics and inventory stock levels Experience with own-brand management is a plus Fast, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance teams is an advantage
