Location: Eurofins Food Testing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus) Reports to: Sales Manager Role Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth across Food Testing, Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing, Water Testing, Nutrition Testing, Microbiology, Chemical Testing, and related laboratory services. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, promoting Eurofins' food testing service portfolio, coordinating with laboratory teams, and providing excellent customer service to food manufacturers, importers, exporters, retailers, food packaging companies, and related industries. Candidates with experience in Food Testing, Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing, Food Safety, Laboratory Testing, or the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for Food Testing, Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing, Water Testing, Nutrition Testing, Microbiology, Chemical Testing, and related laboratory services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct customer visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing solutions. Coordinate with laboratory, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Follow up on sales opportunities, customer enquiries, quotations, and testing projects. Support key account management activities to strengthen long-term customer relationships. Participate in seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and marketing activities to promote Eurofins' food testing services. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs related to revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and customer retention. Collaborate with other Eurofins business units to identify cross-selling opportunities across Environmental Testing, Consumer Product Testing, and other service divisions. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or related disciplines. Experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing. Experience in Food Testing, Food Safety, Laboratory Testing, Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing, or the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing or sales of food packaging compliance services will be given special consideration. Experience working with food manufacturers, beverage companies, importers, exporters, retailers, packaging manufacturers, or related industries will be an advantage. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities. Language Skills Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken. Skills & Competencies Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
