About the Role Mind Edge Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global industrial technology company. We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to oversee Credit Control and Accounts Receivable activities across multiple business areas in Thailand. This position will lead a team of 5 and work closely with Finance, Sales and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage Credit Control, Accounts Receivable and Collection activities. Assess the financial status and creditworthiness of new customers. Monitor customer payments, overdue accounts and AR ageing. Review customer credit limits and approve/block/unblock sales orders in SAP. Follow up high-value overdue accounts and minimize bad debt exposure. Prepare weekly and monthly outstanding, ageing and collection reports. Monitor doubtful accounts and support provision and bad debt write-off processes. Extract and analyze collection data for Sales/Commission calculations. Coordinate legal actions for problematic accounts when required. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Business Controllers and regional stakeholders. Lead a Credit Control team of 5 employees. Set KPIs, evaluate performance, coach and develop team members. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. At least 5–7 years' experience in Credit Control, AR, Collection or related Finance functions. Previous team leadership or people management experience. Strong hands-on experience with SAP, preferably within Finance/Accounting/Credit Control functions. Strong knowledge of AR Aging, Collection, Credit Limit and Bad Debt management. Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and Data Grouping. Experience working in a multinational or well-structured organization is highly preferred. Good English communication skills for regional/international coordination. Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: THB 70,000–75,000/month Travel Allowance: THB 4,000/month Fixed Bonus: 1 month Performance Bonus: approximately 15% of annual base salary, subject to company and individual performance Provident Fund from the first working day Life Insurance Annual Salary Review Annual Leave: starting from 10 days Sick Leave: 30 days Personal Leave: 5 days Company Shuttle Bus available on several routes
