Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join The Loft Beauty Co., Ltd in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead our financial strategy and operations at a pivotal stage of our company's growth. As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial management, strategic planning, and financial control functions across the organisation. This role is integral to driving the company's financial performance and supporting key business decisions at the highest level. Key responsibilities Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making Overseeing accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders Managing cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital optimisation Identifying financial risks and implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies Leading, developing, and mentoring the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business development and operational improvements Other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
