Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields (New graduates are welcome to apply). Skills: Good command of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Express, PEAK, Flow account) is a plus. Basic knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TAS) and Thai tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and analytical skills. Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team. Language: Basic English communication skills (written and spoken) is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting Operations: Perform daily data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Check, verify, and process payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and expense claims. Prepare and issue tax invoices and official receipts. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash/bank balances. Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers. Tax & Compliance: Assist in preparing monthly withholding tax (P.N.D. 1, 3, 53) and Value Added Tax (PP.30, 36) returns. Assist in preparing and compiling data for mid-year corporate income tax returns ( P.N.D. 51 ) and annual corporate income tax returns ( P.N.D. 50 ). Financial Statements & Auditing Support: Assist in preparing working papers, supporting schedules, and documents for the preparation of financial statements. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documents during the annual audit. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize accounting documents and filing systems in an orderly manner. Assist senior accountants or finance managers with month-end and year-end closing processes and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
