Assistant Claims Resolution Manager We are seeking an experienced healthcare or insurance professional to lead our Health Claims Coordination team. This role is responsible for managing claims-related inquiries, escalations, complaints, and stakeholder communications while ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Claims Coordination team to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of service level targets. Handle complex claim inquiries, customer escalations, complaints, and regulatory cases to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate effectively with customers, brokers, hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor service performance, SLA achievement, and operational quality. Drive process improvements and support business transformation initiatives. Prepare management reports and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and governance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing science. Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance claims, customer service, claims operations, or related functions. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience managing customer complaints, escalations, regulatory inquiries, and stakeholder communications. Experience working with hospitals, brokers, healthcare providers, or insurance intermediaries is preferred. Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, brokers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
