Job Responsibilities Greet customers, assess their needs and provide professional product presentations, recommendations and test-drive arrangements Explain vehicle features, highlight key selling points and follow up with prospects through calls, messages and CRM tools to convert leads into sales, Update customer information, leads and follow-up status accurately in the CRM system Negotiate pricing and promotions within company guidelines to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Manage the full sales process including booking, documentation, payment coordination and contract preparation with accuracy and policy compliance Prepare and conduct vehicle handover ensuring all features, accessories and documents are ready and clearly explained to customers Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary Work closely with After-Sales, Service Advisors and Technical Teams to resolve issues promptly Maintain showroom cleanliness, manage vehicle displays and ensure all demo units are ready for inspection Support showroom activities, events, promotions and customer engagement programs Maintain strong product knowledge on vehicles, new models and market competitors, representing the brand professionally at all times Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in any product category with a strong passion for vehicle technology Experience in automotive sales, luxury retail or other customer-facing sales roles will be a plus Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships Ability to work under targets and manage multiple leads simultaneously Basic understanding of automotive products, financing options and sales processes (training will be provided) Proactive, presentable and professional in appearance and behavior Able to work on weekends / public holidays / shift management as required by showroom operations Able to communicate in English
