Position Summary Support an executing day-to-day business operation across all sales channels. This role is responsible for inventory planning, stock management, sales administration, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of retail and business operations. Key Responsibilities Retail Sales & Operations Support the Retail Sales & Operations Manager in daily operational activities and business initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations. Support operational improvement projects and SOP implementation. Inventory & Supply Management Assist with stock forecasting and replenishment planning. Manage stock allocation across Retail, Spa, Sephora, E-commerce, and TikTok Shop. Monitor inventory levels and stock movement. Coordinate product inbound, outbound, and stock transfers. Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Credit Notes (CN). Spa Operations Prepare documentation for new Spa partners. Process repeat Purchase Orders for existing Spa partners. Coordinate Spa operational tools, testers, and support materials. Prepare Spa sales reports. Retail Operations Manage Sephora stock replenishment and tester allocation. Coordinate product launches and product phase-out. Set up promotional campaigns in the system and ensure accurate execution. Sales Administration & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Support sales forecasting and business performance analysis. Maintain operational reports and databases. E-commerce Operations Support TikTok Shop operations. Coordinate product availability and stock allocation for online campaigns. General Operations Support day-to-day operational activities across all sales channels. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams. Handle ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by the Retail Sales & Operations Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or experience in Retail, Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
