About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Site Project Management Manager to join their team in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management of sourcing site initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and risk management. Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Packaging, and Commercial teams. Track project performance, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and proactively escalate critical risks and decision points. Coordinate project launches, site readiness activities, post-launch stabilization, and continuous improvement efforts to achieve sustainable outcomes. Maintain project governance, documentation, reporting, and portfolio updates to ensure transparency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Support project management capability development through training, knowledge sharing, and promotion of standardized tools, methodologies, and best practices. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, commercialization, or related roles within FMCG, food, manufacturing, or comparable industries. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders to achieve results without direct reporting authority. Experience managing innovation, productivity, packaging, or sourcing-site transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Strong capabilities in project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and team development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot), and project portfolio management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
