Core Responsibilities: Accounting Department Leadership – Manage and oversee the operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance with company policies. Financial Closing & Reporting – Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes; prepare management accounts; and deliver timely reports to senior finance leadership. Cash Flow & Budget Management – Handle company transactions, cash flow forecasting, and support the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Audit & Compliance – Maintain audit documents and transaction records; ensure compliance with tax regulations, TFRS/IFRS standards, and coordinate with auditors, revenue department, and group consolidation teams. Financial Analysis & Control – Monitor and analyze accounting data, manage internal controls, and oversee intercompany transactions, consolidation reporting, and cost controlling. Process Improvement – Propose and implement improvements in accounting systems, HR processes, and organizational practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. HR Strategy & Operations – Lead HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and labor relations. Organizational Development – Partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent development initiatives, and support employee growth aligned with company objectives. Workplace Culture – Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and corporate policies. Team Supervision – Manage and develop HR and accounting team members, assigning tasks, coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Cross-Functional Coordination – Act as a key liaison between local management, managing directors, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Ad Hoc Projects – Handle special assignments and projects related to HR and accounting as required by management Working times: Mon-Fri 07.30 - 16.30 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required) or bachelor’s degree in human resources management , Business Administration, or related field (preferred) At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance and minimum 5 years in a senior management role, with exposure to HR leadership, workforce planning, and organizational development. Expert knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, TFRS, IFRS). Strong understanding of tax regulations, consolidation reporting, intercompany transactions, and cost control. Ability to manage audits, statutory compliance, and financial risk. CPD License is a must. Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development. Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR information systems, and accounting software. Good attitude, adaptability, and ability to lead diverse teams. Proven ability to supervise and develop HR and accounting teams. Strong coordination skills with senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
