Accounting Receivable Manager

Responsibility: Manage and oversee the full Accounts Receivable (AR) function to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards Plan and control debt collection processes, including effective credit control management Lead and manage a large AR team, driving performance and team capability development Analyze Aging Reports and Cash Flow to support business decision-making Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and business partners to resolve credit and payment issues Develop and improve processes, including implementing technology and accounting systems (ERP / Automation Tools) to enhance efficiency Review the accuracy of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and accounting records Prepare and present AR-related financial reports to management Ensure compliance with company policies as well as legal and tax regulations Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or overall accounting At least 3- 5 years of experience managing large teams Experience in Retail business, especially IT products or smartphones, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficient in data analysis with strong Excel and/or BI tools skills Good understanding of technology and ability to implement automation in accounting processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively Excellent communication and coordination skills
