Quality Assurance Senior Officer (Food)

Our client, a food manufacturing co. is looking for a QA Senior to join their team Duties Maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and follow up annual internal and external audit on time Lead and coach a team to build a high-performing quality dept. with strong technical and problem-solving skills Analyse quality metrics and performance data, identify risks and present strategic insights to senior management Perform regular GMP audit in factory and follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions, communicate with other dept. for improvement Training, communication and engagement with other parties of Quality and Safety culture Validate that laboratory work is performed accurately, analyse errors and resolve problems Monitor daily product testing to ensure the products complied with the defined quality and operational standard Plan and conduct training of food safety and quality Investigate and follow up the complaint case of food safety and quality aspect Participate in external OEM suppliers and factories audits Requirements University graduate of Food Science/ Food Safety/ Quality Management or related discipline With over 10 years experience of food quality management Experience in conducting supplier audit and internal audit of GMP and FSMS, with internal / lead auditor training certificate is advantageous Solid experience in leading a team of QA/ QC, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Good languages incl. English and Mandarin, also good command of MS Office Self-motivated, independent, excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge in Environmental Management System certification is advantage Occasional business trip is required when necessary.
