Manager - Sustainability, ESG & Corporate Governance

The Company is a leading organization and is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join as a Manager (Sustainability & ESG). This position will be responsible for driving sustainability and ESG initiatives across the organization , overseeing sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement activities, and supporting the development and implementation of ESG strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and governance standards. Location: Bangkok Business: Logistics Working Hours: Monday - Friday Responsibilities Develop and execute annual ESG and Corporate Governance (CG) strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives in alignment with the organization's business objectives and sustainability goals. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management, executive committees, and external stakeholders. Communicate ESG strategies, risk management initiatives, and sustainability performance to relevant internal and external parties. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to support ESG and corporate governance objectives. Monitor and evaluate ESG performance through benchmarking, assessments, surveys, and industry standards. Establish ESG action plans, targets, and key performance indicators to drive sustainability outcomes. Review, update, and develop ESG, sustainability, and related governance policies in line with regulatory requirements and global best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability initiatives and improve ESG performance across the organization. Manage annual sustainability assessments, ESG disclosures, and reporting activities in accordance with relevant reporting frameworks and standards. Oversee ESG data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting processes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sustainability-related assessments, certifications, and external questionnaires. Develop sustainability-related communications, presentations, knowledge materials, and public disclosures for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and manage sustainability projects to ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and objectives. Promote sustainability awareness by providing guidance, training, and support across business functions. Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, regulatory developments, and market expectations to ensure organizational readiness and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sustainability , ESG, Corporate Governance, or related functions. At least 3 years’ experience to lead team. Experience leading ESG initiatives, projects, or cross-functional collaborations. Proven experience in preparing sustainability disclosures and ESG-related content for the Annual Report (One Report) . Familiarity with ESG assessments, sustainability ratings, and reporting frameworks. Experience in developing and implementing ESG and sustainability strategies. Experience in CSR programs, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-related initiatives. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, corporate governance practices, policies, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
