■ Job Title : Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead (Salesforce) - Hybrid Work ■ Job Information Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Department: Engineering Department 【⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT】 Business Level English is required for reporting to management (MD) and handling international client accounts. Language: Thai (Native), English (Business-level) Experience: Total IT experience of 5+ years (including 3+ years in Salesforce) ■ Key Mission As a Senior Business Analyst , you will lead the entire project delivery lifecycle from requirement definition and configuration to testing and training following project award. Depending on the project's scale and situation, there are the opportunities to take the project manager (PM), project leader (PL) or senior member role. Beyond documentation, you are expected to deeply understand client business processes and derive "feasible Salesforce solutions" while considering platform characteristics and constraints (timeline, cost, etc.). We seek a hands-on leader who can personally perform system configuration and ensure successful project completion and user adoption. ■ Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis, Design & Implementation (Primary Focus) Optimal Solution Design: Deeply understand client challenges, business processes and requirements to derive optimal, feasible solutions considering platform characteristics (limitations and extensibility of standard features), timeline, and cost. Documentation: Create Business requirement document and/or functional specification document which includes requirement definitions, user stories, and business process flow diagrams. Technical Design: Design data models (object relationships), ER diagram, and define security models (role& profile, permission, permission sets, sharing rules). Hands-on Configuration: Perform system setup using Flow Builder and other standard Salesforce features. Quality & Adoption: Plan the test plan, Design test scenario and test script, and execute internal test and system integration test testing (including UAT support, if needed)User Training & system admin training: Prepare the user manual and plan/execute end-user and system administration training sessions. 2. Project Leadership & Management (Hybrid Role) Project Management/ Project Leader: There are an opportunities to take PM or PL role Delivery Management: When assigned as PM/PL, plan the project and prioritize the task, manage project progress, risks, issues, and costs (man-hours/budget), providing regular reports and escalations to management. Expectation Management: Proactively manage expectations of all stakeholders (clients, management, and dev teams). Clarify value propositions and constraints to ensure mutual understanding. (Rather than simply accepting all requests, you are expected to guide the project in the right direction by proposing alternatives or saying "No" when necessary, considering project constraints and the client's long-term benefits.) Change Management: Lead change management for requirement changes (scope changes) during the project by performing impact analysis and prioritization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business goals. Mentoring & Task Management: As the project leader/senior, mentoring junior member, proving the guidance, and task review is required to ensure the project deliverable and quality 3. Others Pre-sales / Internal Project Assignment: You might be assigned to both Pre-sales and internal projects when you have remaining capacity (or extra bandwidth). ■ Requirements [MUST HAVE] Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project implementation or operations. Salesforce Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and configuring Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry Clouds, and etc.). Deep understanding of Flow Builder / Data Model Design / Security & Sharing Model. Task Management: Proven success records in delivering the tasks, includes the junior member’s tasks, with in committed timeline and meet the expected standard Mentoring skills: Proven experience in managing junior member resources, and/or mentoring Language: Native Thai and Business-level English (Capable of leading requirement gatherings and negotiations with multinational teams/clients). Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate requirements into reasonable and scalable technical solutions. [GOOD TO HAVE] Proven experience in managing project progress, costs, and risks as a PM or PL (minimum 3 projects). Experience managing projects larger than 50 man-months. Experience in IT solution pre-sales or proposal development. Holding Salesforce certifications.
