KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform monthly financial reporting and dashboard in assigned areas. Prepare monthly schedules required by management and reconcile the appropriate financial statements. Review financial statements for unusual items; research variances and their effect on the full year forecast. Prepare annual budget communications and consolidation package for Excom/BOD approval. Prepare CAPEX tracking report. Prepare ad hoc reporting as requested by Management and Business Support. Serve as the primary contact for Finance and the secondary contact for the cost center managers to ensure issues are researched and resolved in a timely manner. Provide relevant and timely financial information and analysis to the group’s management team to facilitate business decisions and special projects. Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and presentations.
