Job description: Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement Track and manage paid media budgets, report on KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS), and recommend data-driven optimizations Oversee and guide the content team in developing and executing the monthly social media content calendar across all brand channels, ensuring content is on-brand, platform-optimized, and delivered on time Monitor channel performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and surface actionable insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and follower growth Monitor trending conversations and user sentiment to identify opportunities and flag issues to relevant internal teams Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners (creative agencies, KOL agencies, media partners) Develop creative briefs and asset checklists, track production status, and maintain campaign trackers to ensure on-time delivery Consolidate post-campaign performance data and contribute to learnings documents and summaries for stakeholder review Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from an accredited university 4–5 years in social media marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign roles Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads; comfort with performance metrics and budget tracking Proficient in Thai and English, both written and verbal Strong communication and coordination skills with experience working across creative, agency, and business teams
