A HKSAR Government Department The selected candidates will work in Government department and support the project team along all the stages of SDLC, especially for the System Analysis, Testing and Code Review. Responsibilities: To carry out feasibility study, user requirement definition, system analysis and design, implementation, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems To perform application development, coding, documentation, testing, user training, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems To perform database design, programming, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance To administrate, monitor, problem tracing and solving and provide services for application software systems To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services To provide application support services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems To design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports To ensure project deliverables submitted by the contractor to be on time and meet quality standards To perform other IT services or tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements: Bachelor Holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent At least 3 years post-qualification working experience and 3 year of similar capacity Solid experience in user and vendor management, system analysis and design, system development, testing, configuration, customization, deployment and administration of application software systems Solid experience in C#, .NET, ReactJS, VBA, Webservice, SQL, Stored Procedure, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, MSSQL Solid experience in project management would be an advantage Knowledge and solid experience of user, vendor management and cloud computing would be an advantage How to Apply: To apply for this position, please simply click on the "APPLY'' button from the following link: Go App - https://hk.persolgo.com/job/apply/597 If you have not been reached out to by our consultants, please consider your application has been unsuccessful.
