Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from request, quotation, price comparison, and purchase order issuance to delivery follow-up. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure materials meet technical and delivery requirements. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with local and international suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency and supply reliability. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and responsiveness, and take corrective actions when necessary. Conduct market research and price analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sources. Maintain accurate purchasing data, records, and reports in ERP systems. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contracts, and ethical standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier collaboration. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or automation environment. Experience in international organizations is preferred, particularly in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries. Strong working knowledge of SAP for purchasing applications, including familiarity with SAP purchasing codes (mandatory). Solid understanding of Incoterms (mandatory). Technical knowledge of machinery parts, mechanical and electrical components, and fabrication items will be advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Well-organized, professional, mature, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (mandatory); experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar is an advantage.
