Sr.Executive/Executive, Project Management Office (PMO)

About the role We are seeking a Senior Executive or Executive for our Project Management Office (PMO) to join our growing team . This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in overseeing and optimising project delivery across our organisation. Key responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain comprehensive project management policies, procedures, and templates to standardise project delivery across the organisation Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), producing regular reports for senior management and stakeholders Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Collaborate with various departments and business units to understand their project needs and ensure PMO support is responsive and effective Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, programme management, or project management office functions Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar recognised frameworks Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent qualifications highly desirable Knowledge of the Information and Communication Technology sector is advantageous What we offer At Go Capital Growth Sdn Bhd, we recognise the value of our people and are committed to creating a supportive and dynamic workplace.
