About the role This is an integrated online and offline composite position requiring simultaneous expertise in e-commerce operations, hardware technical skills, and on-site service capabilities. The role combines customer service, product listing, graphic design, computer assembly, server/workstation configuration, on-site installation, debugging, and customer training. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations and stores on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, including product listing, listing optimization, title keyword optimization, and product detail page creation Provide customer service through platform customer service systems to address inquiries, answer pre-sales, sales, and post-sales questions, and guide customers to place orders and complete transactions Handle order inquiries, logistics tracking, returns and exchanges, and other after-sales matters Process product images (background removal, color correction, retouching), design main images, and create detail pages Complete computer hardware assembly, server and workstation hardware configuration, and performance testing Provide pre-sales technical consultation to customers, explain product configuration options and business advantages, and facilitate deal conclusion Independently complete system installation and debugging, and possess fault diagnosis skills Cooperate in delivering products to user sites, complete installation, commissioning, and acceptance work, and ensure equipment is delivered on time and with high quality Provide on-site operational guidance and training for customers About you Computer science, electronic information, and related majors preferred Familiar with computer hardware (motherboard, CPU, graphics card, memory, hard drive, etc.) and server/workstation architecture Possess hands-on skills in computer assembly and system debugging Familiar with basic operations of Windows/Linux operating systems Ability to use design software such as Photoshop and possess basic art skills Experience operating cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee preferred Possess good Chinese skills
