Digital Marketing Executive About the Role: THAMON is a growing eco-fashion and lifestyle brand creating vegan accessories made from real leaves. We sell internationally across the UK, US, Thailand and other markets. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute paid advertising, e-commerce campaigns, email marketing and website updates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys performance marketing, campaign execution and e-commerce, while working closely with our content and design teams. You will not be expected to be the main content creator. However, you should have good visual judgement and understand what types of visuals, messaging and offers can perform effectively across ads, email and online campaigns. What You’ll Do Manage the day-to-day execution, monitoring and optimisation of Meta Ads campaigns across key markets, including the UK, US and Thailand Assist in developing monthly integrated campaign calendars across paid ads, email marketing, website and marketplace channels Set up and update campaign assets across Meta Ads Manager, Shopify and Omnisend Provide weekly performance updates and prepare monthly reports with key insights, actions taken and recommendations to improve ROAS, conversions and overall campaign effectiveness Create and schedule email marketing campaigns through Omnisend using approved content and creative assets Work with the content and design teams to review and prepare creative assets for ads, email marketing and website campaigns Update website content and campaign-related assets on Shopify, ensuring promotions, collections and product pages are accurate before, during and after each campaign Support marketplace campaign activities on platforms such as Pinkoi and Shopee Support influencer collaborations and partnership activities when required What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing or a related role Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is preferred Familiarity with Shopify and/or email marketing platforms such as Omnisend or Klaviyo is an advantage Basic understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and sales performance Good written English and confidence working on campaigns for international markets Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaign tasks at the same time Good visual judgement and an understanding of what makes advertising and email creative effective An interest in fashion, lifestyle, sustainability or e-commerce brands Experience with marketplace platforms such as Pinkoi or Shopee is an advantage, but not required What We Offer Salary: 25,000–27,000 THB per month Real international exposure across the UK, US and Thailand markets Hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Shopify, email marketing and e-commerce campaigns The opportunity to work closely with the founder and wider team, with clear visibility of the direct impact of your work A collaborative working environment with support from the content, design and marketing teams The opportunity to grow with a small but international eco-fashion brand How to Apply Please send your CV and, if available, examples of campaigns, advertisements, performance reports, email marketing or e-commerce projects you have worked on.
