Job Responsibilities: Cigar Services : Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations on cigar categories, origins, flavor profiles, and maintenance tips. Cigar Maintenance Assistance : Help with daily checks and upkeep of humidors (temperature: 18–20°C, humidity: 65–70%) under supervision to support cigar quality. Customer Service Support : Help build customer relationships by serving clients, assisting with profiles, and providing updates on products and events to enhance customer loyalty. Store Operations Assistance : Support daily tasks such as restocking, maintaining the store environment, reviewing sales performance records, and organizing tasting events. Compliance Adherence : Follow tobacco sales regulations, including performing age verification checks. Job Requirements: Experience : Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior experience in cigar, tobacco, or premium beverage sales is preferred. Professional Knowledge : Familiarity with mainstream cigar brands and flavor profiles, proficiency in cigar maintenance and cutting techniques, and a willingness to continuously learn. Image and Professionalism : Presentable appearance, strong customer service awareness, excellent communication skills, and sales capabilities. Other: Basic computer literacy. Must be fluent in Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluent in English is a plus. Working hours: 11:00-21:00 or 13:00-23:00(shift), 6 days per week.
