About the Job We are a Southeast Asia–focused energy and natural resources group with core operations in upstream Oil & Gas. Our flagship asset, Rossukon Field (Gulf of Thailand), achieved first oil within six months and continues to deliver stable production supported by ongoing development campaigns. We operate with a disciplined, data-driven approach to capital allocation, combining technical understanding with financial rigor. As we expand our portfolio across energy and adjacent sectors, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and planning are central to how we make decisions. This role sits at the core of that process. You will support financial modeling, project evaluation, budgeting, and external coordination, working closely with senior management and across functions. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment banking Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, NPV, IRR, and comparable valuation methods Solid Excel skills (model structuring, scenario analysis, data handling) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience at a Big 4 firm (Transaction Services, Valuation, or Corporate Finance) Experience in Oil & Gas, mining, or other resource-based industries CPA, CFA, or progress toward professional qualification Experience working with auditors, financial advisors, or due diligence processes Exposure to evaluating financing options and supporting capital raising processes Familiarity with lenders, investors, or funding counterparties is a plus Interest in or experience using AI tools to improve financial analysis, modeling, or workflows Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, structured outputs for management Responsibilities Build, maintain, and run financial models for existing assets and new investment opportunities Perform valuation analysis (DCF, NPV, IRR, multiples) and scenario testing Support evaluation of CapEx projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures Support assessment of funding strategies and financing structures where relevant Support annual budgeting and periodic cash flow forecasting processes Consolidate inputs across teams and monitor performance against the plan Prepare clear and concise materials for senior management and board discussions Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and advisors during audits and transaction processes Ensure consistency of assumptions and outputs with internal standards and accounting requirements
