Store Supervisor

(1 Year Contract) Location: Thailand Reporting to: Store Manager In view of our retail business expansion, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in Thailand. If you have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance, while also contributing to both individual and overall store sales targets. Responsibilities Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledge Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales target Understanding and analysing key KPIs to drive the business and achieve the target Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long term client relationships with clients Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Responsibilities: Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industry Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in computer literacy Fluent in Thai; fluency in additional languages such as English or Mandarin is an advantage Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays We offer attractive remuneration package, on-the-job training and career advancement opportunity to the right candidate.
