Senior Executive, Corporate Legal and Compliance

Job Description Draft, review, comment and negotiate on commercial and operational contracts, including supplemental and ancillary agreements, legal correspondences, notices to support business units and mitigate legal and commercial risk. Provide timely comprehensive legal advice and practical legal solutions to business units on corporate, commercial, operational, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks arising from business transactions and day-to-day operations, and recommend appropriate legal risk management measures. Conduct legal research to support business decision-making and monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations relevant to operation and business of the Company, and provide proactively recommend compliance strategies and courses of action. Prepare, update, improve and maintain operational contract templates in conjunction of perspectives of legal, business units and knowledge-sharing materials, and support legal training initiatives to enhance legal awareness and promote best practices across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (LL.B.) or Master’s degree (LL.M.) At least 5 years’ experience in the legal field, which involved contract drafting and negotiating. Strong legal acumen in contract negotiation and corporate risk mitigation Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Working in the real estate or property management industry is a plus. Proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work. Well-organized and a team player. Strong ability to manage time effectively.
