Finance Manager - Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to be the business partner at manufacturing operation and work closely with the Group Finance team. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with local statutory requirements and Group accounting policies. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Review financial information and provide insights into management and the Finance Group. Ensure accounting records and reporting are accurate, complete and compliant with Group standards. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the factory. Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations. Partner with factory management and operational teams to improve cost efficiency and business performance. Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making. Cost & Manufacturing Finance Oversee factory costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing-related financial analysis. Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost improvement. Work closely with Operations, Procurement and other functions to improve financial performance and cost control. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience working with regional or multinational organizations is highly preferred. Experience with manufacturing costing / factory finance will be a strong advantage.
