Role Purpose Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across key channels to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer partnerships. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and channel partners to deliver impactful promotions, optimize in-store execution, and generate actionable market insights. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with sales and marketing objectives. · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and shopper behavior to identify growth opportunities. · Design and manage trade promotions, incentives, and co-marketing programs with channel partners. · Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure effective execution and tracking of promotional activities. · Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. · Coordinate development of POSM, merchandising materials, and sales tools tailored to trade channels. · Monitor product visibility, distribution, and shelf presence across channels. · Manage trade marketing budget and optimize ROI on trade investments. · Track campaign performance using KPIs and provide regular business insights and recommendations. · Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Sales teams. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Sales & Marketing. · Strong understanding of retail, distribution, and channel management. · Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. · Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. · Experience in budget management and performance tracking. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
