Responsibilities Steering quality functions in Change management process and Product development life cycle to ensure the products meet quality standard and customer requirements. Review and analyze root cause analysis on quality issues, corrective action and improvement actions using 8D, Problem solving and Six Sigma. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science in related field Skills: Fluent in reading, writing and communication skill in english. Fast learning and assertive. Cross-functional collaboration and Communication skill. Critical thinking and systematic thinking personality. Experience: Experience 4+ years in Quality engineer, Process engineer or New product development engineer of Semiconductors industry. Understanding quality standard IATF1649, APQP Process, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA and SPC. Strong understanding in FMEA, 5M+1E methodology and Risk analysis. Working background in manufacturing of Semiconductors or relevant electronics field. Knowledge of quality and reliability requirement for semiconductors industry. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concept to guide manufacturing for process improvement. Project management skills is a plus.
