Residential Property Consultant – Houses & Condominiums

Location: Hua Hin, Thailand Employment Type: Full-time Base Salary: ฿20,000–฿22,000 per month Additional Compensation: Rental and sales commission About the Role We are looking for a motivated Residential Property Consultant to join our Hua Hin real-estate agency. The position will focus primarily on house and condominium rentals. Responsibilities include finding new listings, communicating with owners and tenants, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and completing rental transactions. The employee may also handle property sales opportunities. Main Responsibilities Find new houses and condominiums available for rent Build and maintain relationships with property owners Collect accurate property details, prices, and availability Respond promptly to rental and sales enquiries Recommend suitable properties to customers Arrange and conduct property viewings Follow up with prospective tenants and buyers Communicate offers and assist with negotiations Coordinate rental agreements, inspections, check-in and check-out Keep customer and property records updated Meet agreed targets for listings, viewings, and completed transactions Requirements Experience in real estate, sales, rentals, hospitality, or customer service is preferred Friendly, confident, and professional communication Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills Good spoken and written Thai Working English is strongly preferred Knowledge of Hua Hin and surrounding areas is an advantage Organized, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using LINE, WhatsApp, email and social media Available for flexible viewing hours when required Valid driving licence and reliable personal vehicle Compensation Base salary of ฿20,000–฿22,000 per month Commission percentage depends on whether the company or employee provides the property and customer Business-travel or fuel allowance according to company policy How to Apply Please send your CV, details of your experience, Thai and English ability, current location, vehicle information, and earliest available starting date.
