Responsibilities; Recruit and maintain a high-caliber staff aligned with business needs. Lead and drive the SQE, IQA, and OQA departments to achieve their KPIs . Oversee Supplier Quality Development , ensuring compliance with quality standards to support internal KPIs . Develop, motivate, and challenge team members to perform at their full potential by providing direct and timely feedback through both formal and informal channels. Coordinate interactions between the Quality Department and other subsidiaries within the operations group . Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Quality Systems, Engineering, and Incoming Quality activities , assessing their impact on continuous improvement in the Quality System and Process Control System . Provide appropriate feedback, support, and coaching. Support Program Managers and actively engage in functions involving SAM’s customers . Ensure periodic Internal Quality Audits are conducted to assess the efficiency of the Quality Function . Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and seminars for all Quality Assurance staff . Represent SAM Group as the Quality Management Representative in compliance with ISO 9001 Qualifications; Bachelor's degree in related field. Having 7 years of working experience in the related field and/or 3 years of managerial experience. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function. Strongly skilled in manpower management. Good command of spoken and written English
