Key Responsibilities: Instruct students in Math, English and Chinese (including Putonghua Pinyin) according to Kumon Learning Method. Oversee the overall operation and performance of the education centre Maintain sustainable growth and manage the center operation to best cost efficiency. Communicate and provide learning feedback to students and parents. Manage and enhance the overall operational flow of center. Supervise and train PT staff. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner and follow-ups. Requirements: Degree Holder and preferably major in Mathematics, English or Chinese (proficient in 2 out of 3 subjects is preferred) Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese, obtaining Japanese Language Proficient Test (JLPT) N2 qualification or above is an advantage but not a must Experience in centre operations management is an advantage Minimum 2 years’ working experience in education field is preferred Working Hours: Working days: Tuesday to Saturday What we offer · 5 days’ work & Public Holidays · Double Pay and Discretionary Bonus · Medical & Life Insurance scheme
