Procurement Specialist (Manager Level)

Key Responsibilities • Lead strategic sourcing and category management for Core Equipment, focusing on Chillers, Cooling Systems (Hybrid/FWU), and HVAC infrastructure. • Take full ownership of end-to-end procurement for new projects and expansions, encompassing CSA and MEP packages, ensuring accountability for every stage of the sourcing lifecycle. • Oversee infrastructure-related procurement including piling, landfill, soil tests, and non-core equipment such as VMS, Access Control, Power Busduct, and Busway. • Execute and optimize procurement operations through SAP and Pantavanij to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance. • Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to enhance procurement workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve data-driven decision-making. • Identify cost-reduction opportunities through strategic negotiations, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. • Contribute to the development of long-term procurement strategies and lead process improvement initiatives to scale the department's efficiency. • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure technical compliance and on-time project delivery. • Execute Special Projects and other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Procurement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master’s Degree (MBA) or a Master’s in a related field is highly preferred. • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Procurement or Quantity Surveying/Cost Consulting, with a strong background in Data Center, Construction, or Consultancy industries. • Demonstrated Professional Agility with the ability to adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced environment and evolving business demands. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships across all levels. • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Pantavanij, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI. • Proactive interest and ability to utilize AI technology to drive impact and operational efficiency. • Result-oriented mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth and long- term success. • Excellent command of Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
