Product Compliance Manager

About the role We are now looking for a Product Compliance Manager ! The Product Compliance Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end product compliance and risk governance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from product development to export/import, market entry, and commercialization. This role partners closely with Product Management, Sourcing, Supplier Development, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory, operational, and market access risks before product development decisions are made. The position ensures all compliance verification activities are completed prior to product shipment, enabling compliant market access and sustainable business growth. By integrating global regulatory requirements, product safety standards, packaging and labeling regulations, supply chain principles, and market-specific legal obligations into business processes, the Product Compliance Manager serves as a strategic business partner who transforms compliance from a reactive control function into a proactive business enabler. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end product compliance management throughout the product lifecycle. Establish front-end risk assessment and governance mechanisms during product development. Ensure compliance with global product safety, chemical, environmental, packaging, labeling, import, export, and market access regulations. Develop compliance frameworks, SOPs, guidance documents, and scalable compliance systems. Conduct pre-shipment compliance verification to ensure products meet all applicable regulatory and customer requirements before market release. Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliant product development, supplier selection, sourcing strategies, and market expansion initiatives. Monitor regulatory changes and translate complex legal requirements into practical business actions. Drive compliance culture, team capability development, and continuous process improvement across the organization. Support strategic business decisions through data-driven risk assessments and supply chain risk management. Enable sustainable business growth by balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and commercial objectives. What we're looking for Expertise in global product compliance regulations and market access requirements across multiple regions and product categories. Demonstrated experience leading product compliance risk management and governance throughout the product lifecycle. Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve compliant and commercially viable outcomes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess regulatory impacts and drive risk-based decision making. Proven leadership experience in building high-performing teams, developing organizational compliance capability, and driving continuous improvement.
