Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts to support strategic, operational objectives and ensure alignment with business objectives Analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends across business lines to deliver actionable financial insights Review of actual OPEX and CAPEX against budget Financial Modeling, Variance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and provide actionable insights Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including financial modelling, detailed financial analysis, and related financial reports Conduct routine management reports and ad-hoc report to support strategic decision (flash report, monthly management report, and BODs meeting paper) Review company P&L and gap analysis, to ensure the performances comply with accounting standards and strategic direction Monitor unplanned budget and prepare budget transferring process in the system Business Partner: Work closely with senior management and business units to provide and support information and strategic decisions Coordinate with accounting and relevant stakeholders Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial planning processes and implement enhancements to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of reporting and forecasting Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, and/or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in area of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting audit experience Experience in financial modeling, management accounting, or cost analysis will be an advantage. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools; familiarity with Microsoft, Power BI, or other data analytics Able to learn fast, problem solving, handle multi-tasking, and prioritize in a demanding environment skill Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines Good written and spoken English Hybrid working / Work location near BTS Phahonyothin 24 and BTS Ratchayothin Interested candidate, please submit your CV to "Apply Now"
