About the role We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our team. This position is based in Malaysia and will focus on customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process order and returns, handling delivery matters with the factory. Key Responsibilities Support sales team on costing/ pricing preparation Prepare and check quotations based on customer requirements Coordinate with factory in Malaysia on order processing and delivery schedule Follow up and resolve delivery issues to ensure on-time shipment Work closely with sales, planning, and production teams for smooth operations Update and maintain sales and order records Assist in communication between sales team and internal departments Ensure all documents are properly prepared and submitted on time Perform any other duties assigned by your superior when needed Update price file Work closely with pre-press to process new artwork Requirements Minimum 1 year working experience in sales support / customer service / coordination role Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage) Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks Able to work independently and meet deadlines What we offer At SCIENTEX PACKAGING (AYER KEROH) BERHAD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
