Application Support (Client Account Manager)

Role Overview: As a Client Account Manager, you will act as the key liaison between clients and our ERP system. This role combines accounting knowledge with client management, ensuring successful system implementation, issue resolution, and continuous client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their accounting processes, provide practical solutions, and support them throughout their system journey. Job Descriptions: 1. Client Engagement & System Implementation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during system setup and implementation Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure accurate system configuration Provide post-implementation support and handle client inquiries effectively 2. Issue Analysis & Solutioning Review client data to identify discrepancies and operational issues Recommend appropriate accounting treatments and system solutions Communicate findings and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 3. Documentation & Knowledge Management Develop and maintain system documentation, including updates and new features Document recurring issues and solutions to build internal and client knowledge bases 4. Client & Project Management Lead client discussions, meetings, and project updates Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., developers) to resolve system-related issues Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are met Mentor and guide junior team members when required 5. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance system workflows and user experience Provide feedback to improve product functionality and client satisfaction Job Requirements: Eligibility: Malaysian candidate only . Education: Diploma or Degree holders of Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise information system, IT related disciplines or Accounting. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the ERP (Accounting Modules) and IT industry or property management sector.
