The Role Manage and optimize lead management processes using CRM platforms and SleekFlow. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics using Power BI. Monitor lead performance, conversion metrics, and data quality to generate actionable business insights. Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate. Support system enhancements, including requirements gathering, UAT, deployment, and stakeholder coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business processes. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. 2-3 years of experience in CRM operations, lead management, sales operations, business analytics, or process improvement. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, SleekFlow, Power BI, and Power Automate. Knowledge of data modelling, reporting, data governance, and lead performance analytics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Insurance industry experience is preferred. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
