Own the end-to-end product strategy from lifecycle, ensuring every release delivers measurable business value. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirement from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog based on business prioritise and product goals. Work closely with development QA, UI/UX, Project Coordinator and DevOps throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with the CTO and Operations Lead to design robust pipeline that transform raw ingestion business insights and enhanced user experiences. Work closely with the CTO and OperaSons Lead to align product and technical roadmaps with business objectives, while facilitating weekly demos, sprint planning and release planning. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Define, monitor, and report product KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on product scope, timeline, and business value. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product releases. Prepare product documentation, release notes, user guides, and other supporting materials when required. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor products, and customer needs to drive product innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informaton Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in the IT industry. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC. Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories with acceptance criteria. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in as fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, database, and system integrations is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent Agile certification. Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise applications, or digital platforms. Experience collaborating with UI/UX Designers, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Coordinator and DevOps teams. Familiarity with product analytics tools, data-driven decision-making, and KPI tracking. Experience in fintech, payment systems, and other technology-driven industries is an added advantage. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business objectives.
