The Project Manager – ASC System Installation will coordinate the end-to-end execution of the ASC cleaning system installation project at Minburi site, working closely with the engineering, subcontractors, sales, technical service teams, and customer. The role is responsible for ensuring that project scope, timeline, safety, quality, documentation, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively from preparation through installation, commissioning, handover, and project closure. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate the ASC system installation project plan, including scope alignment, work schedule, site readiness, execution milestones, commissioning, and handover activities. · Act as the primary project coordination point among Ecolab internal teams, subcontractors, customer, and other relevant stakeholders during the project period. · Support preparation and review of project documents, including TOR, installation scope, safety requirements, method statements, project timeline, progress updates, punch list, and handover records. · Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed according to agreed scope, site requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and approved timeline. · Coordinate site activities including access permission, work permits, safety briefing, installation sequence, utilities readiness, and required plant resources. · Track project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate key concerns early with clear recommendations to prevent installation delay or operational impact. · Facilitate project meetings and provide concise progress updates, action item follow-up, and decision logs for internal stakeholders. · Ensure installation work follows food plant requirements, hygienic design principles, sanitation considerations, and applicable Ecolab/customer safety standards. · Support commissioning, functional testing, trial readiness, operator training coordination, and final acceptance with responsible technical teams. · Maintain complete project documentation and support closure reporting, including lessons learned and recommendations for future installation projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Food Science, or related field. Equivalent experience in technical project coordination may be considered. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, plant engineering, installation management, technical service, or food and beverage manufacturing environment. · Experience coordinating contractors or subcontractors in an industrial plant environment, including safety, work permits, site supervision, and progress tracking. · Good understanding of food plant operations, sanitation requirements, hygienic design concepts, and equipment installation practices is preferred. · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly, follow up on actions, and summarize project status in a structured and practical manner. · Strong planning, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills with attention to safety, quality, and timeline. · Comfortable working on-site at customer manufacturing facilities and spending more than 50% of time in plant/project areas when required. · Able to communicate in Thai and English for daily coordination, documentation, and stakeholder updates. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project tracking tools, AutoCAD drawings, or technical documentation is an advantage.
