You will support shipment planning and execution, manage import/export documentation, optimize logistics costs, coordinate with third-party logistics providers, and assist in production and sales order processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The right candidate must be detail oriented, organized, responsible and proactive in nature to participate in a young and energetic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee logistics workflows including shipment planning and execution, import/export procedures and documentation, cost optimization, and benchmarking initiatives Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including KPI tracking, while liaising with internal departments on logistics and shipment-related matters Handle daily operational tasks to ensure seamless order fulfilment through effective production and logistics planning, which includes creating sales and purchase orders, invoicing, managing import/export processes, executing shipments, preparing documentation, overseeing customs clearance and duty administration, and supporting after-sales activities Adopt a flexible flow-to-work approach to support team members in delivering key business projects and regional orders efficiently and to a high standard JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree holder in Logistics & Supply Chain, Merchandizing, or a related discipline 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, or Operations Experience handling end-to-end order processing and shipment execution Familiar with import/export procedures, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and freight management Exposure to regional or international shipments is required Experience coordinating with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and suppliers Remains hands-on and comfortable executing day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement initiatives Able to work under face-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable mindset A proactive team player who is outgoing and self-motivated in nature Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft BC and Power BI is an advantage Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Interested parties, please click APPLY NOW to submit your full resume with current & expected salary and availability to us.
