Job Description: As our Gallery Sales Executive , you will be the driving force connecting collectors with exceptional contemporary art. Working within our dynamic, and rapidly expanding space, you will bypass traditional, rigid gallery norms to foster an energetic, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment. Driven by a modern startup culture, flat hierarchy, and automated workflows, this role offers an open communication space where you can take true ownership of your sales targets, build lasting relationships with art enthusiasts, and accelerate your career in the creative economy. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Relations Drive Revenue: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute actively to the gallery’s overall financial growth. Collector Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to collectors, clients, and artists—both in-person and via digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp). Proactively identify their needs and provide professional recommendations. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate long-term relationships through meticulous post-sale follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Transaction Management: Maximize opportunities via strategic upselling and cross-selling; process transactions accurately and efficiently. Exhibitions, Digital Marketing & Operations Project Management: Assist in planning, curating, and executing the gallery’s on-site exhibitions and participation in international art fairs. Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging content across our active social channels, including TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook. Gallery Stewardship: Welcome all visitors with warmth, maintain the pristine aesthetic of the showroom/office environment, and handle essential administrative duties. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience with managing social media business accounts for sales campaigns and sales consultant in luxury retail, art galleries, or a premium customer-focused environment. (Background in visual or performing arts is a strong bonus). Education: Diploma, Associate Degree, or above. Languages: Native/fluent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required. Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or other languages is a distinct advantage. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, an independent problem-solving mindset, and the agility to adapt to a fast-paced creative environment. Technical Savvy: Comfortable with Mac/PC environments, Google Workspace, iOS, and basic design tools like Adobe Illustrator. Physical Capability: Comfortable with hands-on gallery work, including the safe handling and lifting of artworks or documents up to 5kg. Compliance: Must be currently based in Hong Kong with full legal authorization to work.
