Business Enabler

Position : Business Enabler (Initial 3-Month Project with Long-Term Opportunity) Venture Building Project in ExpresSo NB (PTT Group) ExpresSo NB is building the team behind SunShare-D (https://sunshare-d.com/), a residential solar project that makes solar energy more accessible for Thai homeowners. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping build a fast-growing business from the ground up. The role starts as a 3-month project, with the opportunity to continue in a long-term position based on performance and mutual fit. You'll work across the business, supporting everything from research and documentation to operations, coordination, customer support, and marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Business operations support Support management and the team in day-to-day operations Take ownership of assigned work and complete it on target and on time Track progress and coordinate with stakeholders to keep work moving 2.Documentation and administration Prepare, review, and manage quotations, contracts, invoices, and internal documents Organize project data and documents systematically Support reports, data summaries, and meeting materials 3. Research and analysis Research and compile assigned data on market, competitors, pricing, suppliers, and other business topics Summaries information clearly to support decision making 4.Internal and external coordination Coordinate with internal teams, installation contractors (EPC partners), and partners Track work status and appointments, and update stakeholders on progress Coordinate with customers on appointments, site surveys, and installation follow-up 5.Sales and customer service support Answer customer questions about SunShare-D products and services Follow up with interested customers and support the sales process Ensure a good customer experience throughout the process 6.Marketing and business growth support Support planning and execution of marketing and sales activities Coordinate media production, promotions, and sales promotion activities Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify improvements Support basic content creation, including images and customer reviews Work with internal teams and partners to drive marketing and growth activities Support new projects that increase sales and improve customer experience 7.Other duties Support special assignments and projects as assigned Help across the business to support the growth of SunShare-D QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year of working experience Strong communication and coordination skills Detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word High sense of responsibility Experience in administration, coordination, sales, or customer service is an advantage Experience in energy or solar is an advantage COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary 22,000 to 30,000 THB per month, based on experience and capability 5 working days per week Work from home 2 days per week HOW TO APPLY Send your application to admin@sunshare-d.com with brief answers to two questions: If you could choose only one Smart, Heart, Gut, and Luck, which matters most to succeed at work, and why?
