Qualifications & experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Tasks & responsibilities Assist in managing and updating product listings in the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing and inventory level. Assist with the processing of online orders, including order tracking, customer communication, and coordinating with the warehouse team. Provide assistance to the customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Support Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop operations, including creative content planning, video production, and daily shop performance monitoring. Support DTC operation (via Shopify/Shopline), including daily operation such as store operation, growth operation, analysis data, content management and etc. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation
